These just get better and better

Smooth animation in this, hilarious writing, great timing and voice acting. Particularly skillful color design and backgrounds -- really nice work on the palette!

I keep thinking this series will get played out, but there's probably two or three hundred jokes you haven't even gotten to with Modok alone. You guys are doing fine work!

A lot of work!

Great music and well-timed animation, with a really good message besides. I'd say don't give up your day job, but you might be able to make it doing flash too!

My day job is saving the world.

But the world has been saved.

So I'm out of a day job.

I need to hire a villain to get my job moving again.

What's up with this flash?!

Seriously great. You do one of the worst Seinfeld impressions I have ever heard.

Brilliantly realized

Great voice work, great sound, and masterly takes. The mixed media work was particularly inspired. This is the most exciting fruit-based insane morality tale I've seen in at least twenty or thirty minutes. Superb!

I'm sure somewhere this passes for cleverness

But it's really just typing. Your iota of effort has yielded a flash devoid even of the irony that usually accompanies the viewing of truly bad work. This entertainment-free bit of anti-lulz has generated in me only a vague sense of disappointment, like eating an underripe banana, coupled with the hope of a free blam point.

In the future, please take the time to make something quite terrible, so I can at least feel outrage.

Two minutes of a yelping purple thing

I would have not believed it could be so hilarious. The reverent tones and sheer idiocy added up to genius. Great animation, great narration, and a great noise.

Nicely styled

I liked the look of this, and your deliberate pacing. It could be much expanded without losing that which makes it interesting.

Great patter!

That machine-gun delivery was excellent, as was his voice -- he sounds like Hunter S. Thompson written by Raymond Chandler. Lots of nice touches and details in the animation, and way to not show the pictures until the end roll. Listening to him berate them without the visuals was far funnier.

Great work! Looking forward to seeing more of his 'adventures', but even more to seeing more of his attitude.

Was with you right up to the end

You're one of the very best on Newgrounds at building tension and evoking real, visceral emotion in your work, and here you did so to excellent effect. This was among the best of your work in creating a disturbing atmosphere through dissonance. Also, your limited palette design and perfectly balanced sound work were exceptional. This was real Stephen King material.

What a letdown that you should undermine it with such a cheapjack ending. Even when King cops out for an ending, it's at least a giant spider -- this is so far beneath the buildup that even "there, on the door, was a HOOK" would have been better. This ending looks like you picked it by poll on 4chan.

The first 9/10ths is great, but the ending turns it all into LOL JOKE HERE. Why watch it twice?

I draw. I vote. I like voting.
