Just plain great from beginning to end. Technically the animation was smooth, the directing was sharp, the designs were original and interesting, and the sound quality and music were excellent. The content, though, was a whole different array of funny -- in particular the quick throwaway takes, which a lot of writers neglect.

That you took every take as a new opportunity for crazy kept me glued to the screen, slightly off balance and swept along. I very seldom give out a full five, but you totally earned one. Every bit of work paid off here, and I loved it.

I don't ask for art shorts to have a plot, but this could have used some sort of narrative. Even as a series of (possibly intended to be nightmarish) images, there was no thematic or conceptual thread that I could pick up on. In the absence of anything tying them together into a powerful whole, this is only a disquieting jumble instead of the more disturbing and forceful material that I suppose must have been intended.

Even installations of paintings tend to have a thematic thread to make the individual pieces more powerful and affecting. A stronger core idea could have really helped you out here.

Prosnorkulus is a god among men and I feel privileged to simply read his name, let alone watch this stunning retelling of his incredible deeds -- which I suspect were toned down for our benefit, as the truth would be too terrifyingly incredible for lesser men like myself to watch without weeping insanely at his sheer manliness.

Your characterizations, voices and writing are hilarious, and your animation is just primitive enough to serve this hectic and bizarre material perfectly. Most of all your timing is, of course, pppppprrrreeeeecccciiiisssse.

I'd shake your hand but the extra testosterone I'd absorb from your skin would probably drive me mad.
